About Your Coach

Jamie Headon


As Ireland’s fittest man for three consecutive years, Jamie knows that personalised programming + hard work + commitment = results.

Jamie holds a qualification in Exercise Management from University College Dublin (UCD) and has a strong sporting background in Rugby, Judo, Boxing and Crossfit where he has been a professional competitive athlete for 6 years.Everyone has fitness goals and aspirations but they don't always know how to get there. Jamie pushes his clients to break down barriers, push their limits and achieve what once seemed impossible.His goal is to provide every athlete with the key to unlock their athletic potential by enhancing their strengths and eliminating weaknesses.To climb the highest mountain you have to take lots of small steps in the right direction, and Jamie will be there with you every step of the way. He will carve out the path that helps you become mentally stronger and physically fitter.

Our Strength and Conditioning program is designed for all levels of fitness.This program focuses on building strength and size.We offer 2 base programs:
You can choose either our Bodyweight or Dumbbell program.

  • Bodyweight program will provide you with a workout you can do anywhere, anytime, without equipment.

  • Dumbbell program will provide you with a programme that mixes bodyweights exercises with dumbbells and weights.

Both options are guaranteed to make you sweat!


What's Included:

  • The program will include 6 training days and 1 rest day per week broken down into strength training/ weights training/ bodyweight exercises/ recovery days and mobility sessions.

  • True coach app - You will receive your program through our app. All programmed movements and exercises come with a video demonstration to ensure correct form and technique. This will allow you to see and test all scaled progressions to find the correct movement for your ability.

  • Weekly check-in – True coach app allows you to track your progress through commenting on workouts and recording your daily scores. Your coach Jamie will check in once per week to answer any questions, review your scores and give you tips and pointers to stay on track to achieving your fitness goals.

Option 2: CrossFit

  • This program includes 2 sessions per day:

Session 1 should be completed by all athletes.Session 2 is an optional session for intermediate - elite level athletes who want to make it to the next level.Session 1 is a CrossFit Session broken down into Strength/ Gymnastics / Olympic Lifting and CrossFit WODs.Session 2 is focused on building your engine and work capacity. This is the grunt work, the behind closed doors work that gets you to the top of your game. The bigger your aerobic engine the more “Work” you can get done!Our CrossFit program is designed to eliminate all weaknesses and get you Open/ Sanctions ready.
